Ms Fathimath started her civil service career at Ministry of Education in 2001 and served there for 7 years. During her Civil Service tenure, she worked as a secretary for the Expatriate unit and later on worked in the Foreign Relations Section as a Senior Administrative Officer concurrently working for the Secretariat for UNESCO and ISESCO Maldives at the Ministry.
In conjunction, she had been a part-time lecturer and taught courses on Business and Human Resource for 4 years at different faculties of the Villa College. In 2012 Ms Fathimath joined Villa College and served as a Projects Manager for the Institute of Academic Development and later filled the post of Human Resource Manager at the Human Resource Department. Ms Fathimath had done consultancy works with local NGO’s.
She is presently working at the Civil Service Commission of the Maldives as the Head of Human Resource and International Relations holding the post of Senior Human Resource Executive.
Ms Fathimath Mohamed completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Management from Oxfords Brooks University, UK.
